Presidential Greeting

In 2010, We Nakamura-Noen is 55 years old since starting bulb business, 20 years old since establishment of cooperation. The founder Mr.Toshimichi Nakamura started handling bulbs on a small scale, while growing flowers 55 years ago. Nowadays we could grow into one of the biggest importers of lily bulbs in Japan fortunately. We thank you very much for kind support by many customers and the persons concerned.

Until now, we have tried many challenges for example, the first import of PQ free NL lily bulbs, introduction of pre-rooting system to Japanese forcers, SH bulbs, website, a plant to crush empty crates to recycle, self-generators for emergency, a test greenhouse, Lily Festa, the newest cold-warm storage, solar generating electricity systems, etc.

But we created none of them ourselves, we have only realized the requests and hints from the customers. We sincerely hope to supply good quality bulbs, and to be useful bulb supplier, so we would like to continuously listen to customers’ voices seriously and to consider anything from the cusomers’ point of view, now and later.

By the way, we hope to keep long term good relationship with customers, that’s why we employ young fresh colleagues every year, and bring up them hard, considering how necessary for us to innovate and to have international senses for future, now ten speak English more or less. Average age of our staff is 30, we are still on the way to grow, or just starting good job. But in near future, we hope to be more intimate and useful company for customers, and to be successful together with customers.

Circumstances of agriculture and flower industry in Japan is getting harder and harder every year, even though we will face any difficulties, we must keep the target on,“More smiles with more flowers” to go onward.
