Kochi Prefecture and Westland-city Netherland　singed Friendly-Horticulture-agreement（12/2/2009）

　Kochi prefecture’s delegation about 50 people (Leader was Governor Mr.Ozaki) visited Netherland 17th to 22nd in November 2009, and Westland-city and Kochi Prefecture singed Friendly relationship-Horticulture-Agreement on 18th.

　At that time, I was in N.L. for business trip, so I took part in Kochi delegation and participated in a signing ceremony.Mayor Tak introduced Nakamura Noen’s activities in his greeting. I was really impressed and appreciated it!!I hope(as one of supporter) the agriculture will develop which is kind for environment, and young people will take a communication more and more between N.L. and Kochi.

　In addition, this wonderful news was reported on TV in both countries.
