On 16 December, the “Signing Ceremony for Licensed Propagation on Patented Lily Varieties” between Beijing Changping District Shengjingyuan Co. Ltd. and two Dutch companies,Mak Breeding and Vletter De Haan, was held in the Changping Commercial Hall.

　Shengjingyuan Company will purchase production license from these two Dutch companies for two lily varieties, Siberia and Sorbonne.

　It is reported that this is the first Chinese flower enterprise which purchases a patent license from foreign lily companies.

　It indicates that Chinese companies are paying more and more attention on the protection of PBR.
